Mission
In order to meet the chances and challenges of digital teaching and learning opportunities, the DigiTeach Institute was founded in 2023 by the University's Presidential Board.
The core task of the institute is to support lecturers with the help of digital media in optimising their existing teaching and learning offers and to enable the creation of new teaching opportunities.
In line with the self-image of Bochum University of Applied Sciences, the primary goal is not to replace (synchronous) face-to-face teaching, but to improve the adaptability of teaching offers through digital teaching spaces.
